Who we are

This is draft placeholder copy until counsel reviews it. Do not treat it as a final privacy policy.

BuildRight Innovations is an operational execution platform based in Saskatchewan, Canada. This placeholder describes, in general terms, how we expect to handle personal information.

Questions about this draft can be sent to info@buildrightinnovations.com.

2

Information we may collect

We expect to collect:

  • Account and contact details you provide (name, work email, company, and contact or demo-request messages), and your email if you subscribe to the newsletter.
  • Operational data you or your organisation enter into the product (check-ins, notes, photos, safety acknowledgements, and similar site records).
  • Technical data such as device type, browser, approximate location derived from GPS when a worker checks in, and logs needed to keep the service running.
3

How we expect to use it

  • To provide, secure, and improve the platform, including offline sync and support.
  • To respond to contact and demo requests using the details you submit. Enquiry data is used to reply to you, not to send marketing email unless you opt in.
  • To meet legal, safety, and audit obligations that apply to construction and field operations records.
4

Storage and transfers

We intend to store customer data in Canada where practicable and to design the product with PIPEDA in mind. This placeholder does not replace a jurisdiction-specific data-processing addendum.

Service providers (hosting, email, payments) may process data on our behalf under contract. Marketing-site email is sent through Resend. A final policy will name those processors.

5

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to legal retention requirements (for example immutable safety records).

Organisation admins control who is invited to a workspace. Workers should contact their employer for account changes on a company-managed site.

6

Cookies and marketing

  • Necessary cookies keep the marketing site working (for example remembering your cookie preferences).
  • Optional analytics cookies — including error-monitoring session replay when enabled — only run after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice any time via Cookie preferences in the footer.
  • If you subscribe to the newsletter, we send a confirmation email and only add your address to the marketing list after you confirm. You can opt out with the unsubscribe link in those messages. Submitting the contact form does not subscribe you unless you tick the optional marketing box.

Changes

We will replace this placeholder with a reviewed policy and update the date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.
